Week of October 19

Health Screenings

This week, health screenings will take place for students in grades Kinder, 1st, 3rd, and 5th. Letters were sent home with those students this past week, but if you did not receive one, here are copies:

Medications and Shot Records

Please remember that all medications, including inhalers, need to have a prescription turned in to the school. The student will not be able to carry or self administer the medication unless the prescription is written to give that way. The Pediatrician will need to complete the Daily Medication/Procedure form or write out that the medication can be stored and administered during the school day. If you have any questions, please let Nurse Chasiti know.

Also, as a reminder, if you have not turned in your student’s up to date Immunization Records, you will have until 10/23/2020 to do so. Unless you have communicated and created a clear plan with the Nurse.
